The catalyst for ‘The Compass Rose’ was to co-create an art piece to facilitate Nature connection, community belonging and self-reflection. Part Forest Garden and part installation, I offered more than one way in by setting up the workshop with five different activities, allowing for the space between to explore with place and ourselves
The final piece of artwork was set up as a permanent addition to the Community Forest Garden, acting as a reminder and positive legacy to the day
