What to expect
Shamanic one to one session take place either in person in my home in Loanhead or online over Zoom. The Spirit world is not limited by time or space and the effectiveness of the session is the same over distance. I call spiritual energies of the seven directions – East, South, West, North, Above, Below and Centre – and spirit guides to create a strong sacred space where to carry out the energetic healing.
A typical session starts with a chat about the reasons that brought you here and your intentions. You are then asked to lie down comfortably for the rest of the healing session. I will assess your energy before accessing altered states of consciousness to connect with various helper spirits who assist to heal and transform with the discussed intention. . This can take the form of one of the above works in a journey – either journeying by myself or leading you in your own. Sage is smudged around the body with a feather; stones and other tools are used during the session to restore and remove stuck energies. Some sound, drumming, chanting and slight gentle touching of the body may take place if called for. You may experience relaxation, meditative state or emotional release. Integration and grounding is done to bring back the expanded energy back into the body. We finish by a short discussion on the experience, sharing any advice and wisdom shared, and any further work if necessary. The sacred space is closed to return the energies where they belong.
After care
The effects of energy healing work continue on at a very subtle level for weeks. It is advised to rest, eat healthy, and drink plenty of water to support your body and soul. Please avoid alcoholic beverages following the session. Whenever you are ready in the next few days, I invite you to journal about your session and how you feel the energy is working within you. This helps you understand and integrate the changes more fully at a deeper level. This is for your own journey.

Feather Stone Energy Healing

Sometimes our energy fields get crossed with intrusions such as negative entity, negative thought forms or implants causing a lowering of our energy fields or feelings that are not our own which over time can create deeper illness. Non-invasive extraction work removes these intrusions and restore the balance in the body.
Past Life Work
Sometimes, the disease we feel have roots in past lives we have lived before this one. By journeying to meet those past lives, we are able to reveal how they can still affect our life today. This connects and heals deeply rooted trauma and make a shift in our life.
Psychopomp Work
This is about helping people at the end of their life to help with grief and spiritual preparation before crossing over at the time of death, or with people who have already passed away to facilitate a safe and easy transition of spirits into the next realm.
House & Land Clearing
In the same way energy get stuck in our human bodies, houses, spaces or lands can take on energies due to turbulences in family dynamics or past residents. I locate and remove blockages and negative energies to help provides better sleep and a sense of peace in the space. Sometimes the above works are done too if spirits are found present.
For house clearing, I find that I get better results connecting to properties at distance. The online session consists of a short zoom chat on what’s happening and a short description on the habitation then I do the clearing alone and we meet again to discuss the findings. This allows me to focus on energies and not get distracted by the visuals. A picture of the outside of the house and the postal address is required to help with finding focus.
