And we’ve done it again!In less than 36hrs, 10 designers teamed up by two to create 6 garments.
Inspired by scientists such as Professor John Oberlander, a computational linguist and Dr Patricia Erskine, a chemical engineer at heart, Ericka Duffy, a perfumer technician as she has labelled herself and Professor Ron Pethig from the University of Edinburgh’s School of Engineering.
With the collaboration of designer and friend Saras Feijoo, we have created a coat on connection. The brain connections, communication, the 6th degree of separation, etc, connections, you get the drill. All starts from the heart which is where it all started.
Followed by the screening of the brilliant new film, Bill Cunningham New York, this was really a very inspiring week end
This all happended at Inspace with the lovely artistic director Mark Daniels.
