I’m about to embark on a journey to Nepal and India, to be inspired, promote my work and research potential future projects and collaborations. There will be lots of pictures to come!

-traditional Indian wedding with Hindu and Buddhist blessings in Chitwan National Park
-experiencing the spiritual atmosphere of Varanasi on the Ganges river
-residence with choreographer Archana Kumar in Bangalore
-seeing the ruins of hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
-visiting the Taj Mahal
-traditional crafts textile course in Adipur: learning block printing, bandhani and batik
-visiting the Anokhi Museum in Jaipur which has a collection, preservation and interpretation of block printed cloth and a permanent collection of hand printed collection of theatrical garments by Leon Bakst
-visiting the Calico Museum in Ahmedabad, one of the most celebrated institutions of its kind in the world for its distinguished and comprehensive collection of textiles and artifacts
